With Nanowrimo pressing along, I wanted to share some themes that I made to motivate me. I’ve been using FocusWriter exclusively for writing for the past week or so. I like it because it’s easy to use, can do both full screen and partial screen. I cant work this out usually the apps in synaptic package manager are tested throughly and should work.The last couple of months I’ve been using FocusWriter for all my fiction writing. so i will need to know how to update them or find the mint/ubuntu equivalent ones to install them. but i think that they might not be the correct versions. I went hunting in synaptic some of the packages might have slightly different names. deb and noticed that dropbox needs these files or newer I then went back to the dropbox website where i found the. I installed the file but it made no change. Then i got the source package from the dropbox website to try install that running. deb with exactly the same results as mint-dropbox. Then i remove mint-dropbox and went to the dropbox website and installed the nautilus-dropbox amd64 bit. 'deb lucid main' so i created that folder then got the error similar to no permissions to access the files. it installed ok but it did not run so i ran it from terminal getting this error. In mint 9 64 bit i am having trouble getting dropbox to work. What is the second installer please would be nice to now.
